Operational Integrity
We're Actually Responsible. On Purpose.
If it happens inside our network, we're responsible.
We own the gear, we compare options and select the software and the platforms, we configure the networks, and we maintain the systems.
Whenever it is at all possible for the services we provide, we are the ones in control and in a position to assist you -- we aren't farming your requests off to someone else's support department.
We build and maintain our servers and network the way we would want our own websites and web applications to be run -- because we actually run them there!
In business, this is commonly referred to as "eating your own dog food".
It seems like there are often two completely different ways of doing things -- how you would do it for other people, and then how you want it done for yourself.
We run our setup that second way, and then look to help clients tired of being disappointed elsewhere.

Canadian Presence
Owned and Operated from Canadian soil
Canadian regulations are fair and reasonable in several important areas affecting business and personal freedoms online.
Canada is a great place to do business, and we're proud to operate our infrastructure here.
We also believe in supporting local suppliers and small businesses whenever possible.
Keeping our business local while connecting with others worldwide over the internet gives us (and our clients) the best of both worlds.
We feel responsible for supporting and maintaining the needs of fellow Canadian small and medium-sized businesses, and they
have come to count on the support of someone in their community who can meet their needs and help them with their goals.

Direct Access to Engineers and Developers
The title says it all.
Why are the people actually in a position to help you hidden away at most other companies?
Aren't you tired of trying to explain a technical issue or spec out expanding your project needs with someone unable to understand or properly guide you?
We're accessible, we're clued in, and we're happy to look into your technical questions for you in a prompt manner.
Again, given a choice between having it this way, and being stalled and deprived of access to the actual people in a position to help you, the choice becomes pretty clear.
